The new version comes in 1lb lighter (only 14.4 lbs.) and is redesigned with new porting and an articulated array the plus has a warmer fuller sound, while still having all the advantages of the line array. The plus also has two ports built-in that charge and automatically pair either an XLR or 1/4 wireless transmitter. Quick and easy pain less set up. There are also a couple great hidden features including the full Tone-Match library of settings. You can use an insert cable to loop in your favorite guitar pedals and still use the wireless feature. The input channels feature a single button control with an OLED screen. The addition of a 1/4 AUX makes the plus even more easy to use eliminating the need for an adapter if you only have a 1/4.
